Some store brought 'soaps' are exactly that, detergents for your skin. They are made with chemicals and synthetics and will strip your skin of all it's wonderful and useful natural oils which will lead to irritation and dryness. It's not just your skin that may suffer with these kinds of products, they contain non-biodegradable substances that can be harmful to the environment.

Handcrafted
Making soaps by hand in smaller batches rather than mass produced in factories means we can make sure each not only has our own personal touch on, but we can make sure each one is up to standard and will give you the best feeling skin.
Ingredients & Method
Our soaps are made with oils and butters which will add an abundance of nutrition to your skin while allowing your body's natural oils to do their thing and not be stripped away. We do not add any harsh chemicals or unnecessary ingredients that will leave your skin feeling dry and irritated. Store-brought synthetic soaps are usually mass products with methods that use excess heat, which can strip some of the ingredients of their natural properties. When making our soap bars, we use the cold-processed method which ensures each ingredient maintains all of their amazing properties. This method is also beneficial because Glycerin is created during the saponification process, where they oils and butters come together to become soap. Glycerin is known for helping the skin by providing hydration. Some, if not most, store-brought soaps actually remove the glycerin during production!
Eco-Friendly
A lot of synthetic mass produced 'soaps' will contain non-biodegradable substances and even contain plastic, which is not great for your skin and definitely not great for the environment. Our soaps are plastic free inside and out, including our packaging! Using soap bars instead of commercial soaps or shower gels can reduce your plastic using by approximately 25%, which is an amazing step in the right direction for helping our environment.
Essential Oils
We use pure essential oils in our soaps to create authentic and uplifting scents. As we know essential oils come with their own benefits, so while some may help aid your skin, some can actually aid you within too. Some essential oils are known for easing stress, helping you relax or maybe even the opposite - helping you feel more awake and energized. Whatever they can do for you, we love adding them to our soaps.
