Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to inform us that you would like to return it, please use this form for any returns. From then, you have another 14 days to send it back to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days once we have received the product and have examined it.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once we have exchanged your parcels with Royal Mail, we are no longer in control of them and we do pack all orders to ensure they do not get damaged. In the event that a parcel has been lost, stolen or damaged we will contact Royal Mail (within the time they state) to help resolve this issue.
Sending Your Return
In the event that you change your mind on an order and wish to return it, you as the customer will be responsible for covering the postage fees. In any other event, we will cover postage for the item back to us, which will need to be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. In both events, the original postage fee paid when placing the order will be refunded to you.
Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until it has reached us, it must arrive to us in the condition it was sent to you in. We advise if you are returning a product, please do not handle it any more than necessary to ensure it stays in the condition you received it in.
