Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refund any orders. If in the event that you have received a faulty product, please get in touch with us immediately at mulberryandcocoa@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds, this includes exchanges.

In the event that you were made aware of a products fault before purchase, we are not obligated to refund or accept a return.

Refunds

As stated above, in the event that you receive a faulty product, please get in touch as soon as you receive your order. In the event that you are asked to return the item for inspection and we have approved your refund, we will contact you to confirm and process the refund immediately.

Sale & Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items cannot be refunded or returned.

Pre-Orders

Once you have purchased a pre-order item you cannot change your mind and request a refund before the item has been sent out. Please be sure to read the product description for pre-orders and ensure you are happy to commit to the extended turnaround time on these products.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once we have exchanged your parcels with Royal Mail, we are no longer held responsible for them. In the event that a parcel has been lost, stolen or damaged it is not our responsibility to supply a refund or duplicate. We will contact Royal Mail (within the time they state) in the event that this happens and do our best to resolve the matter, however it is then Royal Mails responsibility to compensate.

Shipping

In the event that a return has been approved, you will be responsible for covering the postage fees to send the item back to us. Once we have received the item and inspected it, if we make the decision to refund you we will include the postage fee to return this item to us. We will require proof of postage and a receipt of the posted item before this happens. During communication, we will advise which shipping option to choose depending on the value of the contents.
